Notes |
Warren Grady Stumbo is a former state health commissioner under the administration of Martha Layne Collins. Stumbo ran for governor in 1983 and 1987 and lost both times. Drexell R. Davis, a self-described "Yellow Dog" Democrat, held several elected positions in Kentucky state government. His thirty-three years of public service prompted his interest in collecting political memorabilia. |
