The image depicts the large steamer burning with very large flames and smoke in the air. The smokestack is loose and appears to be falling to the right as is a small tower in front of it. There are several people in the water in front and near the back of the steamboat with their arms in the air. There is a rowboat with four people in it and one person trying to get in. There is another rowboat in the background behind the boat. The image at the top is titled "Hon.
