Description |
This is a Ky. Adjutant Generals chapeau. The hat has a black felt "beaver skin", an ostrich plume, and boullion braiding in the front and rear. On the side over a black silk cockade is a large embroidered oval crest of Kentucky, with the motto in gold over light blue embroidery, boullion outline, and with a crest and single star. |
