Description |
This is a small khaki cotton-covered New Testament Bible. The front cover has an embossed American flag. The lyrics for the Star-Spangled Banner are printed in the front of the Bible. Printed on the last page and inside back cover are lyrics for "Onward, Christian Soldiers," "America," and "Battle Hymn of the Republic." There is an inscription in the front pages of the Bible that reads, "To / Clyde Hanks / from / Sand[?] Spring S.S. / May 24 - 1918, / 2 Tim. 2:3 / May God keep / you safely." |
