This is a circular celluloid process political button from the United Farmworkers 1969 campaign to boycott grapes. The button has a red-orange background with image of Richard Nixon holding a wine glass in the center. The button reads, "NIXON DRINKS RIPPLE / BOYCOTT GALLO WINES." There is a United Farm Workers of America eagle logo below the illustration. The button has a safety-pin closure on the back. |
