Description |
This is a circular lithographed metal political button for the Pat Nixon, spouse of Presidential candidate Richard Nixon in 1968. The button has a dark blue background with white lettering that reads "PAT for/ FIRST LADY". There are two unreadable printers union bugs on the curled under edge in white. There is a dark red satin ribbon with silver metallic lettering that reads "PAT for/ FIRST LADY". The ribbon is adhered to the back of the button and cut in a chevron at the top and bottom. There is a stick pin attached to the back. |
