Description |
This is a paper and plastic, hook and pin style political button that was created for the 1996 presidential campaign of Bill Clinton and Al Gore. The button has a blue background with an orange image of the state of Kentucky in the middle. There is a blue star and four red stripes within the image of Kentucky. The text on the button is in white, with the exception of the single line within the orange image of Kentucky, which is in red. The inscription reads, "KENTUCKY / For / CLINTON / GORE / '96". To the proper right of the "'96" in the inscription there is a union label for the United Steel Workers Association. On the bottom edge of the button there is an inscription which reads, "CB0B018 © Tigereye Design Versailles, Oh 513-526-4880". Next to the maker's inscription there is another union label for the United Steel Workers Association. |
