Description |
This is a rectangular wooden plaque with two brass plates affixed to the front. The top plate features a wreath surrounding a green enameled circle with a shield on it. The shield has an inscription that reads "SAFETY" and beneath the wreath is the word "EXCELLENCE." The second plate bears the following inscription: "THE ADJUTANT GENERAL'S/ ANNUAL SAFETY AWARD/ IS PRESENTED TO:/ CO D(~) 1/BN 132d AVN./ FRANKFORT, KENTUCKY/ 1992." |
