This is a notice of classification on white card stock paper, printed in black, with blank spaces for typing in information and signatures. It is issued to Ewert W. Elliott. The reverse has a postal cancellation from and the name and address of the local draft board stamped on it and the date "Dec 27 1945." |

This belonged to the donor's husband, Ewert W. Elliott. Ewert and Alene Elliott both were members of the United States Submarine Veterans of World War II (USSVWWII). Ewert served aboard the USS Seal (SS-183) and the USS Macabi (SS-375) submarines in World War II. |
