The middle white portion has the word "FOR" in blue, and the right blue portion of the rectangle has the word "IKE" in white lettering on the blue background. The circular tab is pierced and has blue text that runs along the top perimeter and says, "GREEN DUCK CO. CHICAGO." There are three small union labels stacked vertically down the center of the tab.
