Description |
This is a purple polyester poncho with a white interior. It has black stitching and the hood has a drawstring closure. The sides and bottom are open. It is roughly a square with the hood in the middle of the top. This is an emergency issue rain poncho. |
Notes |
Part of supplies donated by outside businesses and distributed at the emergency shelter in Carrollton located at the National Guard Armory. The donor worked with a team of National Guardsmen helping the Red Cross distribute food and clothing and providing security in damaged areas. |
