Description |
This is a Soviet design tank crewman's helmet that is constructed from black canvas and has two leather straps and buckles. There is an adjustable strap across the top of the dome allowing the user to customize the fit. There is a similar strap located at the base in the back of the helmet. The back has a neck flap that extends down with a button located on the underside of each corner of the flap. There are rubber headphone cups in this helmet, and access to these headphones is provided through hidden slash pockets toward the back of the helmet. These pockets are secured by buttons. There is a leather band located in the front interior of the helmet along the brow. Leather also surrounds the earphones. There is a communication wire still attached to this helmet and it is secured by a band of fabric. |
