Description |
This usher pin commemorates the 1920 Democratic National Convention held in San Francisco, California. The pin top is a rectangular metal frame featuring a celluloid insert that has the word "Usher" printed in dark blue. A green ribbon hangs from the pin back and is gathered at the medal. The medal is round with an image of a man of the colonial era. Stamped on four banners surrounding the image is the phrase, "San Francisco 1920 / Democratic / National / Convention". "The Whitehead & Hoag Co./ Newark, N.J." is stamped in the center of the back of the medallion. |
