Description |
This is a white package of "Twenty Grand" cigarettes, on the front of the package in the center there is a colored image of a horse head. The front of the package reads from top to bottom in black ink; "Twenty Grand/ Turkish and Domestic Blend/ Cigarettes". On the back of the package there is a label that states; "We Guarantee the tobaccos blended in Twenty Grand equal in smoking quality to those in cigarettes costing as much as 50 per cent more/ The Axton-Fisher Tobacco Co., Inc./ Louisville, KY., U.S.A./ Made in U.S.A.". On the side of the package there is a label that states; "Factory No. 24 District of Kentucky - Notice - The Manufacturer Of The Cigarettes Herein Contained Has Complied With All The Requirements of Law Every Person Is Cautioned Not To Use Either This Package For Cigarettes Again Or The Stamp Thereon Again Nor To Remove The Contents Of This Package Without Destroying Said Stamp Under The Penalties Provided By Law In Such Cases." |
