This is an "Education Pays" button from the Paul E. Patton administration. It is celluloid and has a white background. There is a yellow state image and dark blue lettering with a graduate holding a diploma in the raised right hand. There is a union bug at the bottom and a clasp pin closure is attached to the back in a raised zigzagged opening. |
